Program Overview: Our Storytelling Yoga Program for children aged 3 to 5 years is designed to combine the imaginative world of storytelling with the benefits of yoga. Storytelling Yoga
Fun Activities for Children (Ages 3-5):

Story Pose Hunt: Hide picture cards of simple poses tied to a short story. As you tell the tale, children find each card and try the matching pose.

Friendly Pair Poses: In pairs, little yogis help “characters” in the story by working together in simple partner poses (like sitting back-to-back, pretending to be two tall trees).

Story Path Adventures: Lay out a gentle path of three or four poses that bring the story’s journey to life. Children move along this path, stopping to pose as they meet each character or scene.

Once Upon a Pose: Teachers or kids perform a pose that represents a character or object from the story (like a butterfly or a bridge), and everyone guesses which part of the story it’s from.
