Service Description

We have a maximum capacity of 40 people including children, with no exceptions, so we ask you to please plan accordingly.  We ask that the host keep a contact form for all guests attending for contact tracing. Hand Sanitizer is available at the door when you come in, also around the play space, and washroom. All toys and equipment are sanitized before and after each party along with all countertops and tables, doorknobs, and washrooms.

Cancellation Policy

Lina's PlaySpace Party Room Rental Non-Refundable Cancellation Policy. Thank you for choosing Lina's PlaySpace for your special event! To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, we have established the following non-refundable cancellation policy for our party room rentals: Reservation and Payment: The full amount for the party room rental must be paid upfront at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable. We do not accept cancellations. Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, it is considered final. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled event, you will forfeit all payments made. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will work with you to find a suitable solution. However, no refunds will be issued. By booking our party room, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable cancellation policy.
